When Can You Return or Exchange?
You can return or exchange a product within 4 days of purchase or delivery.
Items must be unused, in good condition, and in the original packaging with all parts included.
Please keep your receipt, invoice, or order confirmation—we’ll need it to process your request.
What Can’t Be Returned
Some items just can’t be taken back, such as:
Custom-made or special-order products.
Goods that are already used, damaged, or missing parts.
Consumables (like ink cartridges) unless they arrived faulty.
Products damaged due to misuse or power issues.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact us within the return window by phone or email.
Share your order details and let us know the reason for the return.
Once approved, we’ll guide you on how and where to send the item.
Please pack it carefully to avoid damage in transit.
Return shipping is covered by you, unless the item was defective or we made a mistake.
Refunds
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 3–7 working days after we receive and check the item.
Delivery fees are not refunded unless the return was due to our error.
For discounted or promotional items, the refund will reflect the price you paid.
Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll quickly process the exchange.
If the product you want is out of stock, we’ll offer you a refund instead.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 7 days.
Send us a photo so we can confirm the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery costs.
